Vic: Victorian bushfires worst for decades, says fire chief
MELBOURNE, Jan 20 AAP - Bushfires blazing in Victoria were the worst in several decades,a senior fire officer said today.
Department of Sustainability and Environment Chief Fire Officer Gary Morgan said thefires, that have burnt more than 80,000 hectares in the north-east, were of a "seriousnature".
